1988 Rolex Submariner Blue Purple Two Tone Oyster 18K Steel Wristwatch. This is the first year of production for the two tone 16613 Submariner line. Some general wear in keeping with normal usage. Stainless steel Oyster case has remained thick and well defined. Original first series Blue Submariner dial has a gorgeous appearance and constantly transitioning from blue to purple. Some light wear on dial. Oyster Perpetual Caliber 3135 automatic movement is running. Two tone Oyster 93153 bracelet is date coded to 1988, some slight expected stretch, has 9 full oyster links, and includes Rolex divers extension piece. Fliplock steel clasp coronet has remained well defined.
